3. Communication

Clients are responsible for providing clear instructions and timely responses.
4. Pricing & Payment
a. Subscription Plans
- Services may be offered on a monthly subscription basis
- Each plan includes a defined scope (e.g., number of videos, revisions, turnaround time)
- Unused work in a billing cycle does not roll over unless explicitly agreed
b. Custom Projects
- One-time projects are quoted based on scope and complexity
c. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in advance before work begins
- Ongoing subscriptions must be renewed before the next cycle
5. Revisions Policy
- A reasonable number of revisions will be provided based on the selected package
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges

6. Turnaround Time
- Delivery timelines depend on the package and workload
- Timelines begin after receiving all required materials from the client
- Delays in client response may affect delivery schedules
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide all necessary files, assets, and instructions
- Ensure they have the rights to use any provided content (music, footage, etc.)
- Respond promptly to feedback or revision requests
Droik Studio is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete or incorrect materials.
8. Content Rights & Usage
- Clients retain ownership of all raw files they provide
- Final edited videos become the client’s property after full payment
- Droik Studio may use completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise
9. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are provided once work has started
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins
- If no work has started, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis
10. Cancellation
- Clients may cancel subscription services at any time
- Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle, not the current one
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time
11. Limitation of Liability
Droik Studio is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Performance issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., social media algorithms)
- Copyright issues arising from client-provided materials
12. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools for communication, file sharing, and delivery. We are not responsible for issues arising from these external platforms.
